Today is Pizza day, I made the dough a couple of days ago and it's resting nicely in the fridge. Peeling the tomatoes in readiness for the sauce, and a plethora of amazing pizzas await

[Edit]: Last image didn't work.. The "Johnny Cash" sauce...225 grams (1/2 lb) of chilli peppers (Carolina reaper, Komodo dragon, bhut jolokia/ghost, habenero, thai, scotch bonnet), shallots, cumin, coriander and tomatoes and grapefruit. It's quite a little burner.

Making a nice chilli sauce with 15 Bhut Jolokia chillies, 12 kmodo dragon chillies, 15 Carolina Reaper chillies and a pound of mixed habanero, naga and scotch bonnets. Should be quite warming. Might make a frozen chilli vodka too
