When i press an app to remove it i do not get the x. I pops up share app. I have to go to Itunes to remove.

My iphone7 did the same thing. After i synced it with itunes the problem was gone.

Computer sees the phone asks what to do with it as it always has Itunes recognized my Ipod classic but not the phone. Tried a different cable no change.

already tried all of that no help Works fine on older ver. of itunes.

Latest version Itunes 12.3.3 IOS9.3. will not recognize Iphone6. Other computer with older Itune works fine .I reinstalled Itunes no help. Any ideas?

Sync with Itunes. Your music will be in Itunes drag and drop into another folder done.
