well ive done it and it dosent help. restored it. done dfu

i erased the data on my iphone 3gs running firmware 4.0.1 which was jailbroken through "jailbreak me", It wasnt starting up, I hacktivated it using limerain. now the sim wont work and it isnt copying any of the apps. i can still download though. now i have ios 4.1
