I don't work for Verizon so I am not sure but I don't think they will be the same. That's just rumors from people around Apple. I could be wrong but don't hold your breath on a unlimited plan for 30 bucks.

Here is a picture I took. Yes I have both phones, please don't ask how but the buttons and everything else is identical, the only thing different is the mute switch.

Actually it will fit, the only difference in the phones is the mute switch is a tad higher, the volume buttons are in the exact same spot.

I think they will go ahead and sell the 4 this year also. Nobody will buy the 3. It wouldn't make much sense to sell the 3 and not the 4.
