How can I transfer Excel, W11 docs and photos from my W11 PC to my iPhone 11? Is it easiest for me to send them as email attachments and then do something with them after they have arrived in the iPhone? I used to be able to do this but now they seem to get lost in my PC. Thanks

I have seen on TV that artists, some of them professional, take a photo of their suject using a screen grid, thus breaking the screen into about 30 or 40 squares which I guess helps them to sketch in correct proportions. Is there a smallish app for this, which I can download to my V14.8 iPnone 11?
