No it’s off. Tesco chat couldn’t fix it so took it in store and it took them half an hour but hopefully it’s fixed now

I have just bought iPhone 11 and when an unknown number rings there is no ring tone on my phone. I have tried sound haptics. Turned off unknown caller silent. Volume button is up on full. Can anyone help please? Thanks
