My wife and I each have an iPhone. Should we use the same iTunes account or should we have separate logins?

I have paired my uconnect handsfree unit in my truck to my iphone and also have a headset for privacy if there are passengers with me. I can't figure out how to select one device over the other without deleting one of them (Forget This Device). Help
