Downloaded 5 tweaks for my siri n my siri is responding slower than ever, any way i can keep these tweak but also have a fast siri response?

My iphone 4s take a good 3 sec to respond when i open siri. Also, on some webpages, the phone do not slide smooth at all, such as when i get into someones channel on safari, it stuck for a good 5 seconds b4 slide down.

My iphone 4 got sim, lol N i probably not gonna switch to ios5 soon cuz tmobile dont have unlock for ios5 yet, but let me know when they do :)
