Thanx Paulskimy but iTunes read my iPhone's capacity as n/a but I have over half a gig of software on it. And iTunes wants to restore and update and not restore only. Is there any other way to fix this problem?

Can anyone tell me how to get the iPhone 4's video to 320x480. I've tried Xilisoft and imtoo video converters but they output the .mp4 to 480x320 or 640x480 so my videos come out sideways..

Thanx DannyBoy. I've found a program called ifunbox which seems to do the same thing without me having to go into iTunes which I'm paranoid using in case Apple updates my iPhone 4, without me knowing, to a newer firmware that can't be jailbroken.

I think they're made for both.
