Yes, it is a mucus plug which is part of his impaction. This is what is stuck in his lower intestines and needs to come out. It's a hard knot right now, the doctor let me feel it. He can't pass it on his own. This is why I have medicine for him, but vet is only giving him until Friday to pass...
