Thanks for the reply but still no go. Guess it's a software issue so I fear it's an ongoing issue. Anyway makes hearing a call almost impossible. 🥹 I put a post on the Apple forum as well but whilst others have the issue no one has solved it as yet! But thanks again

I have the same issue, has anyone ever solved this? Mine is an iPhone 11 pro I get a call the ring tone is a bit faint. If I press the side volume button (up or down) it stops the ring tone, but the call is still waiting to be answered. I'm sure that in the past pressing the volume button has...
