Yes. I even went one by one installing my tweaks to see if they are the problem. I have only Cydia now and it is still in a random reboot mode.

I have an iPhone 4 that is running IOS 6.1, jailbroken with evasi0n the other day, and now it randomly reboots whenever it wants to. Any ideas on how to correct this?

Use Five Icon Dock. Five -anything (like Five Icon Folder, FiveIRows, Five-Column SpringBoard) are all great.
