I bought a iphone 5 gsm a month back but now a days my phone sometimes returns to my home screen when i am changing my settings moreover my it beeps and vibrates suddenly without any notifications. Is there any problem with the phone and is there any way to diagnose it or check it for problems...

I have a bad net connection so most of the times when i try to download my ios update i get disconnected and i have start the download again from the beginning :( but is there any to download my update without using my iphone or itunes.......
