Ok, I want to connect my iPhone 4S to a projector via a HDMI cable. I will be playing a sequence of videos from the iPhone, so need to be able to skip through them when they're done, but WITHOUT any icons showing on the projector screen (if that makes sense! it's in a music/gig/onstage...
