Hi there, In the last week my mum hasn't been receiving my texts to her although I've been getting hers with no problems. I've deleted her as a contact & now I want to add her number as a new contact from her last text but I can't find an option to do it anywhere. Any ideas? ~ Laura

I have them backed up to iCloud I think (!) but I wouldn't really know how to get them from there back on to my iPhone!

I've been experiencing problems with the Facebook app since last night. I login as normal & I can see my News Feed but if I want to look at other areas using the button in the top left corner it only shows Pages/Groups I've liked & if I try to go into Account Settings, Privacy Settings or Help...

Ah ok, but wouldn't I need to keep the sound/volume on to hear the alarm in which case any late night incoming texts or emails would beep etc?
