tryed to but will not restore tryed every thing.please help

I Have a Iphone 4 and the problem is it wont turn on but when I plug it in to my computer it will start to boot up with the apple then the apple gose away then comes back on after ten sec. or so. The problem started out with me installing a pack from cydia then before i was done i fell asleep...
