Goodness, I have never heard sooo many negative remarks against a company ever before such as this one. Let it be from unpromised shipment dates, screw ups with billing/refunds/returns, horrible customer service ect, ect. People, I'd say when a company and their product has horrible remarks...

It is common. I ordered the case before, it prohibits all connection required usage of the iphone 4. Horrible customer service. Looks good, but whats the use in that? Sit the device on a picture frame to look at? THese people are robbing us blind. Horrible return policy, just a highway robbery...

Just got my atomic case. Way longer that what was quoted via our email convo. But yea,this case may look cool, but it absolutely kills my reception. In my house, via wifi and out and about i only get 1 bar, and constantly is searching for a connection.With only 1 bar I barely connect to internet...

update. They sent me a tracking number late last night. It should arrive today as per the FedEx website. Well.... I've been following this thread for some while now, and recently decided to purchase this product on the 13th of this month. I ordered on that date due to the fact i emailed their sales email provided, described what i wanted and questioned the date it would ship and arrival ect ect...
