"Show on Dashboard" is off for both "Steps" and "Walking + Running Distance".

I recently "upgraded" from and old Android HTC phone to an Iphone 5s. I seemed to have a lot more control of the internal GPS with the old phone. I can't seem to find anything under the iPhone setting to even see if the GPS is turned on, let alone what satellites its using or it's predicated...
