Is there any forum for developers of the iPhone to discuss?

Hello, I'm currently developing an application for Android but I wanted someone to be able to port it to iOS when I'm finished. I'm downloading a Mac OS X Vmware image to use on VirtualBox so I can program. But would like someone with license to compile for me.
