No - that screen just means that when you have turned off "Automatic" then those are the networks that your phone can "sense" around it. To see if your phone is unlocked you must try "other" sim cards in it to see if they work.

The update affected my APN settings so I suggest you check yours. I have had to put them back to what they should be.
