Managed to get logged on today to set up "find my iphone" so it must have been a server overload

I have a iPhone 4S, I have just upgraded to ISO 7 and now when I try to access iCloud from my phone it says "unable to connect to server", however I can connect to my iCloud account on my PC? Is this just because the servers are so busy with the new upgrade?

New to the forum and quite new to iphones. Just upgraded to ISO 7.............I am having a lot of fun trying to sort it out.................................not
