As for updating id leave it alone for now unless u plan on moving to a tethered jailbreak (if u are unaware of what that means google it) and as for the pirated app thing, that is piracy and against the forum rules so if thats your thing this is probably not the forum for you (not mad just saying)

You have to be jailbroken for this its in cydia

Gurvey sim does not support the 5.o firmware and it also updates the baseband so unless u used a tool to preserve the baseband you cant unlock your phone that way either

iPhone only have one speaker located on the bottom right. On the bottom left is the mic so it is completely normal nothing is wrong with your phone ;)

I was having an issue with my springboard crashing on ios 5. I decided to restore and jailbreak and during all this I lost all my photos (sort of). I got ifile and all my photos are there under the dcim folder but otherwise don't show up any help would be appreciated

So true I owned an htc hd7 for not to long ago now my girlfriends phone but the point is all the apps were crap none really worked properly and the battery life was crap after owning that I can say apples iPhone is far superior to htc on any given day

The whole concept of worrying about things being cool is for kids and ppl who overthink things. The iPhone is solid well built good parts not cheap crap put in most phones which makes them a better value and device all at the same time.
