nvm wont let me do the update

no im on 4.2.8 . i got it all loaded then it says its restarting phone and just shuts off..its not on and black its off and wont do anything...so im restoring it to 4.2.9

i just jailbroke my verizon iphone one 4.2.8 and it worked fine but after it loaded firware and went to restart its just turned off and now wont turn on..any ideas?

ive tried everythin possible to downgrade my new iphone from 4.2.10 but its not happenin.so my only other option is tetherd jailbreak. i used redsnow and it works perfect untill i need to retart after downloading things from cydia. i tried the retetherdreboot in red snow but that does not work...

i tried a tetherd but when i install apps an have to reboot i get stuck at the pinapple when i try to reboot tether

i was able to save host file on another cpu and i used 74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com like stated inthe directions above..i tried to restore and now its saying firmware is not supported by device

im running as admin and using the one from here Downgrade 4.2.10 to 4.2.9 for Verizon iPhone 4 | unlocker.ws but it doesnt let me save hostfile.

it wont let me edit the hostfile..i tried using one downloede from another method an i believ thats why it didnt work

yes..i downloaded firmware. went into hostfile and edited it rebooted cpu put iphone into dfu shift retore then i get the error i tried 5 times but ill keep trying :( idk what else to do
