Youtube iphone 4s footage problem

Hi all,

Taken footage from my i phone 4s and uploaded them to youtube and when watching them via my tv youtube app its all gone wide and not what it shud look like on my phone?? The footage was taken with the phone virtical and looks good on my phone and youtube pc site,but not through my tv app?? Any ideas what this could be anyone??

you have to think on your iphone whenusing the camera (photos or video) as a normal photo camera or video recorder... you wouldn't record a video with a normal video camera.. tilting it 90 degres would you?. when using vifdeo, just use the iphone in landscape and the video will be heads up.
