You tube to mp3

My question is I have a ton of music in my iPhone 5. Half of it I acquired with YouTube to mp3. I wanted to get a new iPhone 6 is there a way I can tranfer my playlist to a new phone?

Where did you store them on your iPhone 5?

My device is not jailbroken, but I also have songs and videos from youtube. I saved them to OneDrive, where I am able to listen to them and watch them.

The YouTube to mp3 app lets me tranfer music to my iPod. But also have it stored in the app.

Here's just a thought, because you said you store the music there: is the app connected to an account? Like youtube, e.g. When you set up a new device, all you need to do is download the app, sign in with your username and password (or confirm that you are J. A. in my case), and you see your subscriptions, favorites, ... again.
