I was recently informed by Lookout that my IPhone 5c has the XCODEGHOST virus on it. I am also pretty confident that I have some sort of spyware on it that is changing my email passwords, reading text & email messages & listening to phone conversations. I would really appreciate any help I can get! I'm getting lots of strange reports under Usage & Diagnostic in Settings. This has been going on for about 5 weeks. Last night I upgraded to latest IOS 9 version. Could anyone tell me what this report means?

i am having the same problem. Is there an answer somewhere that I am not seeing?

Welcome to iPhone Forums!

No, sorry. This was the OP’s only post, and he didn’t return to inform about a solution.

This shouldn’t happen on a stock iPhone. Is your device jailbroken?

If you have a backup made before this problem started you could erase your iPhone and restore if from that backup.

It may be. Something is definitely wrong. How can I check? What can I do to stop the nonsense with this phone?

There could be an app like Cydia on your iPhone, or you can find a profile you didn‘t install in Settings.

To get rid of a jailbreak, restore your iPhone to factory settings:

or use DFU mode:

Don‘t restore from a most recent backup, if you don‘t know whether or not your iPhone is or was jailbroken.
