Wifi help ?

I have Comcast and it puts out 2.4 and 5.0 on my wifi. All of a sudden nothing works on 2.4
For my phone and iPad but both work on 5.0, my wife's phone works on 2.4 though any ideas?

I restarted my modem and now it works! Still can't figure out why my wife's worked and my phone, iPad and pc wouldn't!
