Why?!

I use an iPhone 5c and I noticed that my sound doesn't work.

I'll have my sound up a couple paces and still don't hear a thing.
Help please?

Did you check the Mute button, next to the volume buttons? If you see the orange part, your iPhone is in silent mode.

Thanks! It works now. I got the phone already with a life proof case so I couldn't see any mute button.

I’m glad it’s working again.

Just in case you need to know some day where the Mute button is located:

Apple

It should be accessible, even with a case on it. You have to toggle it in order to switch from silent to sound and vice versa.
