White bar on bottom of keyboard

For example , when i go into my photos and I go to forward a pic , I get a big white bar below my keyboard , and my keyboard rests in the middle of my screen above the big white bar . Any ideas why . I would have to restore it , 64 gb is a lot to restore :/ . Please give me your input .. It is appreciated . Thanks

It would help if you provided some more information as well as a screen capture to narrow down the problem. Which device are we using. Are we jailbroken. Are you forwarding the picture using a jailbroken SMS app/tweak. iOS. Device Model.
