I'm feeling abandoned and stuck using a gevy sim... Where the *moderated* is the updated ultrasn0w? What is taking so long???

I think you're confused about how a software unlock works. Each time Apple patches the unlock with a new baseband, the hackers then have to find a completely DIFFERENT baseband exploit. It's not as simple as just updating the software. Gevey SIM is better than a software unlock anyway. It will likely work for multiple future basebands whereas a software unlock is only good for the current baseband it was designed for.

ultrasn0w only works with baseband 01.59 for the iphone 4 so if you are on that baseband look in the tutorial section
