Where can I learn about the iPhone 5 camera physical internals ?

I don't want to learn about how to use it. I don't want to learn about add-on lenses etc. That's why Google has failed me.

I want to read about the internals of the little Sony camera in my iPhone 5 - for example, the construction of the lens; does the lens physically move when focusing ?; what camera features can 3rd party apps access ?, etc.

I'm looking for pointer to articles that have delved into the camera itself.

I'm not trying to be cute when I say thanks to all those who looked at this thread and didn't post. This speaks to the integrity of the members of this forum - if you don't know the answer, don't post. Lots of other forums over the years seemed to not embrace that attitude.
