Deciding what to do. Upgraded to iOS12.2 on my newest iPad and Apple Pay doesn't work. Apple's solution is to connect to a Mac or PC running the latest version of iTunes and re-install the update. Sadly, I don't have that option anymore.

Turns out it's a known issue and it can also affect your cellular on your iPhone.
