Weird prob

I have iphone 4g , i lost my msg icon and i cant find it , dont know what is the prob , i have checked all the folders , but i can send and receive msgs , what is the sol ??, ios 5.0.1

A good place to start... Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. That'll bring all the native/stock iPhone apps back to the 1st page of your springboard.
