Weather app on 7 plus - how to remove a location?

I only want one city to appear. For some reason I have London twice and Edinburgh. How do I remove Edinburgh and one London? There is an + to add a location but it is not clear how to remove one.
Any ideas?

Just swipe left on the one you don't want and tap Delete.

Sounds easy, but at first l couldn't find it on the Yahoo app but once l got used to swiping try it always now.
Just to see if anything happens.
