Video Editor without re-encoding?

Hello, just curious is there a video editor (mainly for splitting/joining) that doesn't require re-encoding on iOS? Or just one that doesn't produce such large files? I like iMovie but I'll insert 3-4 10-20mb clips and it'll will produce a 500mb file if I try to join them. Any suggestions would be great, thanks in advance.

Here’s a full list of all video and still formats supported on iOS devices. Motion: Supported media formats
If the videos you want to edit on an iOS device are in a different format, you’ll have to convert them before they’ll play on the device.
