Ive tried messaging Viber and they don't seem to understand what Im asking. I have viber installed, and the person Im messaging had viber installed on their device as well. They deleted the app from their phone but did not officially 'deactivate' viber. If the application is not currently on a device that they own, and I sent a message while the app was deleted, will they receive that message if they add the application back to their phone?
