Use mobile data for.. settings problem..

Hi,
Not sure if anyone else has this problem.

Even if I turn all data switches off the switches change back to show on and I have to restart the phone every time I want to change them..

Perform a hard reset by holding both the power and home button and releasing them both once you see an Apple logo on your screen

I have tried that and it's still the same, I've also tried resetting all settings and it's still acting weird..

I might try a full phone reset in the next few days.

It only started doing it 1 week ago, really baffled...

Little update...

It seems to be all the ones I turned off originally that are showing as on, but they are in fact off until I restart the phone.. They can not be changed..

Hey, done a full wipe and reset, now it says cellular and only has 2 apps available to change...

I give up! :/

Try restoring again, but this time, set the device as new rather than restoring from a backup, and see if the use data toggles are working. If they are, then it's an issue with your old setting preferences in your backup. If it is the case, there's a fairly easy solution.

That fixed it, I binned the backup and am starting again.
