I try on fast connection its download near 4.3 but now results I also try logout from iCloud & store then restart device now I think only option to reset all

Is there anyplace near where you live that has fast public WiFi you could try when updating?

I had last when I speed test of my friend connection its near 12mbps downloading and uploading 7 Mbps it's ok my phone run on that connection 1 hour about but ?
