Unlock without wifi/network

Hi, me again.

So I eventually managed to hacktivate it. But now I can't unlock. I have the deb files and can get them onto cydia, but they are highlighted red.
Any advice on how to get it to work?

You don't need deb files to unlock. Just get the UltraSn0w repo and download and install it
