Unlock iPhone4

Hi everybody. Greeting from Panama. I'm new in this so I hope somebody help me to unlock my AT&T iphone 4 I bought in USA. Here in Panamá there is no way to unlock the baseband 04.12.01 so the only way I know to unlock it is via IMEI but I don't have one here in my country obviously.

Another thing, does anybody know how or where can I find the iPhone 4 network package in Cydia? Do I need a special Repo?

Unfortunately, as you mentioned, there no way to unlock the 4.12.01 BB on the user's end. The only option is to contact AT&T and see if it can be unlocked from them.

Thank you thomas. Yes, there is a way to unlock my iPhone via IMEI but I live in Panamá and i don't have an AT&T account to comunícate with them throught the life chat room, I don't know anybody that Could make me that favor either.
