Unable to power down i4S

Unable to power down my J/B i4S completely. Phone just restarts, and does not completely shut down..
Any thoughts?? Suggestions??

Sounds like another issue related to jailbreaking. I would restore through itunes and rejailbreak.

BUT REMEMBER!

If you use either a software or hardware unlock preserve your baseband. Otherwise you lose your unlock and your iPhone becomes a iPod.
