Twitter problem can't connect to the server over data plan

Twitter seems to work over my data plan. I even receive notifications. I can update it but when I go to settings - Twitter account the error message appear. How can I solve this?

Try it while you are on wifi. If it works, make sure Twitter has permission to access the net over cellular in Settings/Cellular/Twitter.
