Transferring data from iPhone to iTunes without computer

I do not have access to a computer. I have an iPhone 4s and I'm trying to create my own ring tone by recording on the voice memo and I want to transfer that data to iTunes and use it as a ring tone. Is it possible to import songs music recordings into iTunes without use of a computer only using the iPhone itself

You're going to need a computer to do what you want. You'll have to create the ringtones in itunes on a computer and sync them to your iPhone. The one exception is the GarageBand app where you can create custom ringtones on the iPhone.
