Transferring between Jailbroken and none Jailbroken?

I have an IPhone 4 and a Second Gen. ITouch. I am not jailbreaking the IPhone. I was wondering if I jb the ITouch, can I get the apps to the none jb IPhone? Would it credit my account with the purchase, allowing me to download it on the IPhone? Or can I sync it to the computer and then skync my IPhone.

In short no. Cydia apps can't be run on nonJB phone.

Apps you purchase are tied to your iTunes account. You can sync them on any device that is tied to your iTunes account, jailbroken or not.

Everything is tied to your iTunes account like I said earlier, you can transfer apps, books, music, videos, etc. freely between your devices as long as they are all connected to the same iTunes account.
