Three way calling

I have the iPhone4 for Verizon and I can only make one three way call on that call and I can't remove the other person an if they hang up it will not let me add another call I have to completely end the whole call and start over.. Is there any tweaks for this or how do I fix it ?

It's not a tweak. You just click "conference" and then hit the red phone icon next to the person you want to drop, it's built into the phone app.
