I love that quote. A few years ago, my former headmistress and I agreed that we’re now at the age where we could be grandmothers, not only because of our age, but also because of how we treat our students.
She is now grandmother of a lovely four year old boy. My "grandchildren" are my students.

As l don’t think there’s an iPhone 4 section looking for an idea or help here.
Firstly haven’t got a SIM card in the iPhone yet need an adapter, however l would not have thought that mattered.
Problem is that the alarm doesn’t work but the timer does, tried it various times
anyone got an idea??

Just need it as an alarm nothing else, could set the timer but that’s a pain every time.

I use an app named "Alarmed + timer" by Yoctoville. It's available on the App Store.

I really like it and use it a lot.

Ignore the last post, it's not in the German Store but you have given me a good idea thanks.
My original problem has not yet been solved though. But soon l will have an adapter.
