Synching data between iphone and pc: ACT, Outlook

Does anyone have a recommendation for software that syncs contacts, calendar from ACT and memos from Outlook on a pc to an iphone?
I have tried Companion Link and it does not work.

I don't know about the memos but iTunes can sync your outlook calendars to your iPhone.
