Strange Feedback

This is sort of a last resort, anyone on here with the slightest technical knowledge would be a great help.

So my phones started acting strange, I was extremely frustrated at the Apple Support Team as it seems the only method of contact is through the phone and since I have ZERO patience with telephone operators I thought I'd thought i'd come here.

Anyways I can't quite describe the problem so here's a video

Although resetting the phone seems to temporarily solve it this is the third reoccurrence as well as the constant App crashes, considering this phone was brand new less then two months and suffered no accidents Im slowly loosing my confidence in Apple all together.

Someone help me out!!

If there's an Apple Retail Store near you, take it there and let them have a look at your iPhone.
 
JA's advise is great. If your phone was purchase new it should still be under warranty. They will replace or fix it for free. Back it up and take it to the closest Apple Store, even if you purchased it from a retailer.
