Stolen Battery?

Guys,

Last week I took my iPhone 4 at an Apple authorized repair center for fixing my broken screen.
Everything is fine, except for the battery. Suddenly it´s lasting half the charge (less than 5 hours).
I´m afraid they´ve changed my original battery by an old one.
Is there any way I can find out if it is true? I mean, is there any serial number or ID in the battery that matches with the original device?

If you got issues after an authorized dealer repair center has fixed your iPhone....you take it straight back complaining strongly...
