Let's get a little bit more information here first. Have you contacted Sprint regarding the poor call quality?

To continue Thomas' post above, is it only at one location? Is your signal strength icon working and and showing at least 2 bars? Have you visited your Sprint store lately about this? Do you get good 3G or 4G reception? Need more info when you ask such a question!
